At Inypay, we take privacy seriously and adhere fully to the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). In doing so, we ensure compliance by our employees with appropriate standards of security and conﬁdentiality.
By providing your Personal Data to us, you acknowledge and agree that you have fully read and understand this Policy, and are consenting to the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of your Personal Data as described in this Policy.
The consent that you provide will remain valid until such time it is being withdrawn by you in writing. You may withdraw consent and request us to stop using and/or disclosing your personal data for any or all of the purposes listed below by submitting in writing or via email to our Data Protection Officer at email@example.com.
Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require reasonable time (depending on the complexity of the request and its impact on our relationship with you) for your request to be processed and for us to notify you of the consequences of us acceding to the same, including any legal consequences which may affect your rights and liabilities to us in general, we shall seek to process your request within ten (10) business days of receiving it.
While we respect your decision to withdraw your consent, please note that depending on the nature and scope of your request, we may not be in a position to continue providing our servicesto you and we shall, in such circumstances, notify you before completing the processing of your request. Should you decide to cancel your withdrawal of consent, please inform us in writing.
Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose without consent is permitted or is required under applicable laws.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, if you provide the Personal Data of any third party to us, you warrant and agree that such third party has fully read and understood this Policy, and has consented to you disclosing his/her Personal Data to us for the collection, use and disclosure by us as described in this Policy.
Personal Data Collection and Use
In order to provide the required service, we may collect information when you attend our functions, use our services, register with us or communicate with us. The typical types of information held by Inypay would comprise contact details such as name, job title, company name, address, email, telephone and fax numbers, a file notes of our business interactions with you, and Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) and Due-Diligence information such as proof of identity and address for ultimate beneﬁcial owners’ information.
Main Purpose of Collecting and Keeping Personal Data
The main purposes for which personal data are kept and used by Inypay include:
- To provide services or information to customers in Singapore;
- To conduct our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Due-Diligence (DD) in accordance with our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and CFT (Counter-Financing of Terrorism) screening;
- To disseminate mail communications, publications, invitations, and such as you may select, request or as we may consider to be relevant to you; &
- To measure the success of speciﬁc campaigns and for general market research; and for registration of events
At any stage you may choose not to receive (‘opt-out’) any or all of Inypay mailings. You may do this by following the options online or by instructing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow up to 14 business days for any such instructions to take effect.
Privacy of Personal Data
Our website uses “cookies” to help us gauge what information is most useful to which users and such like. Cookies, however, keep the identity of our individual website users anonymous. The data collected would be kept in conﬁdence. Inypay would not divulge or sell personal details to external parties for their own purposes. Inypay may however provide contact information to agents, contractors and necessary personnel who provide services to Inypay (for example, to those agencies engaged by Inypay to administer the distribution of materials); and companies and Inypay’s clients requesting information of service providers.
Accuracy of Personal Data
By providing us with your Personal Data, your warrant that it is true and accurate and undertake to notify us as soon as practicable of any change or alteration to the same. Any loss or damage caused by the provision of erroneous, inaccurate or incomplete information will be your exclusive and absolute responsibility.

Only authorised personnel have access to, custody of and the means of using personal data that Inypay collects. Inypay promotes a privacy-aware culture that respects and is sensitive to the rights of its external contacts.
We protect the security of your information during transmission to or from Inypay website, application, product, or service by using encryption protocols and software. We maintain reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, and disclosure of personal information. Our security procedures may result in our asking for verification of identity before disclosing personal information to you. Storage of personal data is protected in accordance with the requirements of the Government of the Singapore which protect against unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure or other use.
Inypay retains personal data in accordance with our licensing requirements , for as long as the data is required or permitted by applicable laws. Data retained would be consistent with our legal and corporate governance requirements and would be disposed of securely when it is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.
Disclosure and Sharing of Personal Data
Our general policy is to keep all personal data conﬁdential except as permitted or required by law.
The personal data provided would be used for the speciﬁed purposes stated by us when collecting such data including without limitation processing of enrolment application, statistical purposes and other related matters. We may provide this personal data to persons authorised to process the information for purposes relating to those speciﬁed purposes only.
We do not share any personal data about you with other companies or organizations without your prior consent. However, information may be disclosed incidental to or in the course of operation to the following parties:
- any personnel, agent, adviser, auditor, contractor, or service provider who provide services and advice to us in connection with our operation; and/or,
- the person to whom we are required to make disclosure under any law applicable in or outside Singapore, or to protect against misuse or unauthorised use of our website, to a successor entity in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets, or other corporate change respecting the website
- Used by all of our trading names and affiliated group of companies, and transferred to other countries for processing. These countries may not have similar data privacy laws, but if we transfer your information in this way, we will take steps to ensure that your information continues to be protected.
Access To and Correction of Personal data
An individual may request access to his personal data held by Inypay pursuant to the PDPA. In addition, an individual may also request correction of his personal data held by Inypay if he considers the data is inaccurate.
Data correction requests may be made in writing on a form speciﬁed by us or via email to our Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided below. Requests for data access should be made on a standard request form which can be obtained by submitting a request to email@example.com. Please note that a reasonable fee may be charged for all data access or related requests. We will inform you of the fee before processing your request.
