  • 10-20 years of experience in Technology and Operations
  • Expertise Cloud Strategy, multi cloud administration, and DevSecOps
  • Working closely with CEO /CTO /Head of Engineering and identity the organizational growth specific infrastructure
  • Pro-active mindset and go-getter attitude towards handling team, get the work done from the respective department and cross functional teams.
  • Implement CICD pipeline for the organization
  • Implement blue-green deployment and Infrastructure as a code services with 1-click infra & application deployment.
  • Expertise in AWS cloud
  • Awareness in Azure and GCP cloud is added value
  • Hands on Infra architect who implement highly secure, auto-scalable infrastructure with cost efficient design
  • Work closely with Cloud Providers and regulators.
  • Keep up to date management reporting on the SLA of IT Operations
  • Build the team and manage the multi-cultural team members with in IT Operations.

Chief Operating Officer

  • 15-35 years of experience in financial institution  
  • Working closely with CEO and handle day to day operations.
  • Working closely with all other department heads and operational processes with automation
  • Handle the management reporting’s and audits
  • Help to build modern digital bank in SEA with top-notch business process with automation.
  • Pro-active mindset and go-getter attitude towards handling team, get the work done from the respective department and cross functional teams.
  • Come with local tailored policies and procedure as part business operation
  • Participate in internal/external audit functions.
  • Setup the contact center and manage the multi-channel agents (voice, chat, email, social media)
  • Setup the back-office operation and manage the different teams (Customer Due Diligence, Underwriting, Collection, Settlement, Reconciliation, Fraud Prevention, Card Processing, Loan processing units)
  • Detailed oriented and process driven operational leader
  • Worked in a local or foreign banks is added value.

Chief Human Resource Officer

  • 15-35 years of experience in People Management (Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement)  
  • Working closely with CEO and identity the people needs and wants for growth of the company
  • Come up with performance and innovation-oriented culture in the organization
  • Create robust strategy, policy and procedure around corporate governance, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, governance and risk mitigation.  
  • Implement performance, legal, attendance management software’s and manage them
  • Keep up to date on the HR matter as part of Management reporting’s
  • Working closely with all other department heads and influence the people vs performance measures
  • Setup the policy and procedure to handle the various organizational risk (Customer protection, Operational, Technical, Security, liquidity, operational and regulator risk).
  • Pro-active mindset and go-getter attitude towards handling team, get the work done from the respective department and cross functional teams.
  • Closely worked with MAS and local regulatory.
  • Handle both employee smooth onboarding and off-boarding
  • Come up with cost efficiency in every aspect on the organizational people management
  • Person of high ethical standard practitioner is preferred

Chief Risk Officer

  • 15-35 years of experience in Risk Management
  • Working closely with CEO and identity the risk, validate it, execute the risk mitigations pro-actively.
  • Working closely with all other department heads and influence the risk framework adaptation
  • Setup the policy and procedure to handle the various organizational risk (Customer protection, Operational, Technical, Security, liquidity, operational and regulator risk)
  • Handle the regulatory Risk reporting’s and Risk audits (internal and external)
  • Having experience to handle the local regulators on all Risk Management/incident matter. Good connect with regional regulators which including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam
  • Help to build modern digital bank in SEA with top-notch regulatory Risk framework with the process, product, and people aspects.
